Yes. Choose "I already have a fax number" during sign-up and we'll help you port it over. Porting usually takes 1–3 weeks; you can use a temporary number in the meantime.
PDF works best. JPG, PNG, TIFF and plain text files are also supported. If you have a Word document, save it as PDF first.
Pay monthly or yearly through PayPal (PayPal balance or any debit/credit card). Prices include taxes and fees. You can cancel any time from your PayPal account or by contacting us.
A broadband internet connection and one of these: a smartphone with a free SIP phone app, an IP desk phone, or a phone adapter (ATA) to use a regular home phone. Your welcome email includes the settings.
Calls to regular phone numbers in the USA and Canada, for normal home and small-office use — up to 2,500 minutes a month. International calling is turned off by default. Auto-dialers, call centers and reselling aren't allowed.
Yes, with limits. We register your address for 911, but internet phone service can't reach 911 during a power or internet outage, or if your app or device isn't connected. Keep another way to call 911, and tell us before you use the line at a new address.
New numbers are usually ready within minutes of payment, and always within one business day. Ported numbers take 1–3 weeks.
